CAR PAINTER IN SWEDEN

No of hours per week:

Minimum 40 hours (additional hours can occasionally occur)

Pay per hour:

EUR 21-23 per hour pre-taxes (gross). A possible performance bonus might be introduced.

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

·       Fair and communicative English

·       Experience as a car painter

·       Positive to physical work

·       Having a good health condition

Assessment is done from CV and references.

Tasks:

Car painting work for a mechanic shop. Teamwork with other staff, but the car painting task is mainly independent.

Accommodation:

Accommodation follows the minimum standards (that includes WI-FI 24/7).

House with shared kitchen and bathroom. Every person has own room. At present only one person uses one room some weekday in the week.

Accommodation is located 30 meters from the workshop. The company also have a car for domestic use in accordance with agreement from time to time.

Travel:

Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by the Company.

Other details:

-       Offered Swedish Self Employment as a partner with assistance to get registered and filing to authorities. Support by the internal staff for, administration, travel and miscellaneous details

-       Bed cloth provided by client.

-       Work clothes provided by the client.

-       Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID) and EU Helath Card.

Selection process:

Once a candidate is approved, he must sign a probationary agreement for the first 14 days of the test period. If approved after 14 days, the candidate will sign a contract for 3 months as self-employed.

At the end of the first contract if all agree a long-term contract can be made that can be used for applying for residency.
