Multilingual Junior Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Multilingual Junior Sales Specialist to join us. If languages are your strength and you’re curious about building a career in tech, this could be a great place to start.

You don’t need previous experience in sales or technology. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, get mentoring and support along the way, and gradually grow into the role.

• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Latvian.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when talking to new people.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about business and technology.
• Proactivity, self-motivation, persistence, and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and adapt to new challenges.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of additional languages such as Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, or Danish.
• University degree or final-year studies in Languages, Linguistics, International Relations, Business, Economics, Management, or another field.
• Any previous experience working with people — for example, in customer service, recruitment, hospitality, consulting, or another client-facing role.
• Interest in technology and international business.

• Learn how business development works in an international tech company with support from experienced colleagues.
• Research companies and potential customers across Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
• Connect with new people through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and professional networking.
• Build relationships with potential customers and local technology partners.
• Join customer meetings and help prepare presentations, proposals, and workshops.
• Work closely with senior sales managers and technology experts, learning from their experience and gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Keep track of your contacts and activities and, over time, start developing your own customer relationships and business opportunities.
• Learn about technologies such as SAP, AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Integration and understand how they help businesses solve real problems.
