Position: Part-time Sales & Market Research Assistant

Employment: Part-time

ENERTEK SIA is an engineering company working with industrial energy solutions, biomass boiler plants and district heating systems. We are expanding in European markets and are looking for a part-time assistant to support our international sales team.

This is not a cold-calling job. The work is mainly research, data and practical sales support.

We are looking for someone who is

• Comfortable searching for information online.
• Organized, accurate and a fast learner.
• Good with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to understand and complete clear assignments independently.
• Interested in international business and B2B sales.
• Comfortable using AI tools.
• Previous experience is not required.

Your tasks

• Research companies, industries and markets in European countries.
• Create and maintain company lists and databases in Excel.
• Find company information, websites, contacts and other relevant data.
• Research new projects, investments, renovations and tenders.
• Prepare simple Excel tables, presentations and reports.
• Help with Word, PowerPoint and commercial documents.
• Help translate larger documents using appropriate tools.
• Create simple project videos using Clipchamp or similar tools.
• Use AI tools for research, data processing and document preparation.
• Create or configure simple AI assistants / AI-powered workflows for sales and research tasks.

Examples of tasks

“Create a list of furniture manufacturers in a selected European country and organize them by priority region in Excel.”

“Find companies in a selected European country that may be planning investments or renovations and prepare the information for the sales team.”

“Given the guidelines and the text, select 15 pictures from 100 and create a 1-minute video for LinkedIn.”
