As an intern at Mapon, you won’t just observe — you’ll gain hands-on experience working with real products, real users, and experienced professionals. You’ll learn how customer-facing documentation is created, how support and product teams collaborate, and how modern tools (including AI) are used in day-to-day work. It’s a great opportunity to build practical skills and understand how a SaaS company really works.

🎓 Requirements:

• Strong written English skills and attention to detail (needed as we work in international environment)
• Ability to explain technical or product-related topics clearly and simply.
• Interest in Customer Experience, Technical Support, or Knowledge Management.
• Willingness to research, learn product features, and follow content guidelines.
• Basic experience with digital tools; familiarity with AI tools or content creation is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with feedback.
• This internship is unpaid and requires a university internship contract.

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals from international markets and gain insight into a fast-paced tech environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

Draft and write clear, concise, and user-friendly articles for the new Tachogram Help Center, adhering strictly to our HC Content Guidelines.
Produce visual assets (screenshots, diagrams, or GIFs) to complement text and explain complex product features visually.
 

Research & Gap Analysis

Collaborate with the Customer Support (CS) and Tachogram product teams to gather deep product knowledge and understand the specific reasons customers reach out.
Audit existing content (articles and collections) to identify outdated information, content gaps, or areas for improvement.
 

AI Tools & Localization

Utilize AI tools to translate articles and sections into supported languages to ensure global coverage.
Review and format AI-generated translations to ensure they meet our quality and formatting standards before publishing.
 

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

Learn and apply best practices for Knowledge Management and Help Center optimization.
Support the Project Manager in tracking metrics (like article views and search queries) to identify which topics need better documentation.
