Communication & operations assistant (remote)

We are looking for an intern to support daily communication and organizational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing, social media, and project coordination while working closely on entrepreneurial, content creation, and e-commerce projects.
This internship has the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and mutual agreement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and complete tasks independently
• Detail oriented, organized, and responsible
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Google Drive and Canva is a plus
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to support daily operations

• Contribute to general day-to-day operations across multiple projects
• Coordinate communication with affiliates and influencers
• Help structure and maintain content and project folders
• Support social media communication and basic content planning (IG, TikTok, Threads, email)
• Research and gather information for ongoing e-commerce projects
• Track tasks, manage follow-ups, and help maintain workflow organization

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce communication and operations
• Mentorship and insight into real online business workflows
• Understanding of influencer/affiliate coordination
