Description
TRAFOLO is a specialized simulation software for magnetics (transformers, inductors, and wireless power transfer systems), empowering R&D teams to detect critical design errors and optimize performance before building physical prototypes. Our goal is to become the go-to tool for magnetic modeling in industries like renewable energy and semiconductors.
We’re searching for a proactive, tech-savvy sales engineer. You’ll be responsible for identifying new leads, building relationships, and driving sales of TRAFOLO software.
No cold calls or spamming - you'll step in as a technical marketer, a problem solver, and a trusted ally.
Requirements
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, business-minded person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is eager to drive sales, growth, and strategic partnerships!
- You should be curious about technology not just for using it as a consumer, but for understanding and improving it as a tinkerer.
- You communicate directly and clearly, especially with technical people like engineers and CTOs.
- You base your decisions on logic, data, and thoughtful analysis.
- Experience with CRM tools (especially Pipedrive) is a strong plus.
- You speak fluent English, as our clients are from around the world.
Duties
1. Market Research & Business Expansion
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities in industries like electric vehicles, semiconductors, and power electronics.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer pain points to position TRAFOLO effectively.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for expanding into new regions and industries.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Development
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients, including engineers, CTOs, and R&D leaders.
- Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building to expand the TRAFOLO client base.
- Pitch TRAFOLO solutions to decision-makers, demonstrating their technical and business value.
3. Sales Process Management & Optimization
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
