Technology Lawyer Internship

Do you want to join the biggest insurance company in the Nordics? Would you like to work in a modern and agile organization? As Technology Lawyer Intern you will support If IT functions in Nordic and Baltic countries and you will be a true part of If Group cross border Legal organization.

As a Technology Lawyer Intern, you will:

• Experience the practical application of law in a large international company, working across both Nordics and Baltics
• Contribute to the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and assist with drafting and negotiating contractual amendments to ensure compliance
• Review and draft agreements related to technologies and IT procurement, including cloud services
• Gain insights into technology usage and risk management.
• Support colleagues with various legal tasks
   

What do we expect from you?

• Interest in technologies and willingness to learn
• At least second year law student
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Latvian, including legal English due to internal communication with colleagues from Baltic and Nordic countries
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Monthly salary: €1100 gross.
