Finchecker is a leading provider of comprehensive AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) services. Our mission is to help businesses mitigate risk and combat fraud by offering a wide variety of tailored solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our client success efforts.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Junior Account Manager to be the main point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and resolving client issues and questions, creating user/API keys for the software, and occasionally performing upsells. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the company.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collect client issues and questions, and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Create and manage user/API keys for clients using our software.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Assist clients with onboarding and training on our software.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client status and account activities.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Understanding of AML/KYC processes and regulations.
- Experience with API key management and software onboarding.
- Sales or upselling experience.
