Junior Engineer – Applied Mechanics in Defence R&D

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
Ideal for someone with a solid foundation in mechanical design and prototyping.

Key skills:

-3D modeling (e.g., Fusion 360 or SolidWorks)
-Polyurethane acrylate (PUA) molding
-3D printing and rapid prototyping
You will:

Contribute directly to the design and testing of impact-triggered devices
Work hands-on with experimental systems in a civil-defence R&D context

Requirements:

-Minimum age: 21

-EU or Ukrainian citizenship

-Strong interest in mechanical engineering and defence technology

-Hands-on experience or basic knowledge in 3D modeling, PUA molding, 3D printing, or electronics

-Military background or interest is a plus

-Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and reliably in a prototyping environment

• Assist in the design and 3D modelling of components.
• Learn and apply PUA molding techniques for part creation.
• Support the team in 3D printing processes and maintenance of equipment.
• Help integrate and test electronic components within the drone systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet design specifications and project deadlines.
• Engage in prototype testing and contribute to product improvement discussions.
