Junior Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to be a part of our Accounts Payable team. 

• English skills at a B2 level or higher both spoken and written;
• Accuracy, precision and attention to details;
• Professionalism and responsibility;
• Ability to work independently and within a team;
• Quick learner, interest to become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist;
• Previous experience in accounting field will be considered as an advantage;
• Higher education in finance or any related field is not mandatory, but will be considered as an advantage.

• Supplier set-up and maintenance in ERP;
• Incoming invoice processing;
• Resolving issues related to invoice processing;
• Communication with internal and external parties regarding invoices;
• Sending out reminders about unpaid invoices - dunning;
• Month-end closing, supplier statement reconciliation;
• Assist in streamlining and improvement of accounts payable processes.
