Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in Tallinn – let`s help aviation companies help the world together!

• Previous working experience in the same or similar field.
• Aviation Production organization background.
• Knowledge and experience in production planning.
• Experience with CAD and reading drawing knowledge.
• Knowledge of sheet metal machining is a big plus.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Great computer systems skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Readiness to make decisions.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Defining and working out how the product will be manufactured and/or assembled on the production line.
• Ensuring the right components are delivered from vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring production line work is within agreed timelines and the project is delivered on time.
• Communication and work arrangements with the subcontractors.
• Analyzing, organizing, and planning in-house capabilities and resources.
• Working closely with a team of Design Engineers to ensure the manufacturing process results in optimal finished products.
• Ensuring high quality of produced & repaired products.
• Making recommendations to increase efficiency.
• Improving production processes.
• Cooperating with other company departments, as needed.
• Readiness to work hands-on, if needed.
