Description

We’re hiring a talented Customer Service Associate in the Customer Support team who will provide support to English + French/ German /Italian/ Portuguese speaking customers.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you're:

  • Fluent in English + French or German or Italian or Portuguese (both spoken and written)
  • Ready to join us for a full-time position on the afternoon (16:00-01:00) shift 
  • Valid work and residence permit in Latvia
  • Ready to work insite (in office)
  • Respectful and confident communicator
  • Passionate about providing the best experience possible
  • Superb in problem-solving and can flex to different customer profiles

Duties

What you’ll do:

  • Answer customer questions with empathy
  • Help each customer find their ideal car
  • Deal with requests for booking and rental car pick-ups
  • Contribute ideas to improve our service and product
  • Be an amazing team player and support our team
