Requirements
· Perfect English and Japanese language knowledge (both written and oral)
· Russian languages is considered as an advantage
· Successful experience in customer support field
· Experience of working with different kind of clients
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to work with a computer
Duties
· Consultation of site users on technical issues and answers to questions about the products and services
· Providing with accurate, quick, and correct answers
· Friendly communication with users (chat, email)
· Receiving customer inquiries and complaints, finding solutions to resolve them
· Work with CRM system and other databases.
