Future Finance Leader Program is intensive preparation for a business management role where no previous experience is required. It is an opportunity to join our best-in-class Finance & Accounting organization for 6-12 months with the intention to provide you to offer full-time managerial position as Finance Manager (upon successful completion of your traineeship). YOU ARE THE RIGHT FOR US IF YOU:

• Are a student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year (BA/MA) of all faculties with interest in Finance or graduates up to 12 months after graduation.
• Are proficient in English.
• Are fluent in any of the following languages: Latvian, Polish, Czech/Slovak, Croatian, Ukrainian.
• Have strong leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills.
• Have excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Have time management skills to deliver your work and make even the biggest goals achievable.
