Being a part of IT Infrastructure Team will give you an insight how the mechanism is working from the inside. • have an IT background or education
• have some experience with IT Support services

• write, read and speak English fluently

During this Internship (minimum 3 months) you will have a unique opportunity:

• to provide 1st line support for more than 20 MSC units in different countries
• to assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical advice
• to gain hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure tasks
• to support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software and application software
• to gain a unique experience working with modern technologies and experienced IT professionals
