Dutch & English Speaking Customer Support Specialist (remote, December 7th)

Our customers are small-to-medium business owners using Printful to create and sell unique products. They take advantage of our print-on-demand service, as well as warehousing and fulfillment, photo, video, and graphic design.

Printful customers need help with a variety of challenges including setting up their store, using our tools, managing their orders, and promoting their businesses. Our customer support specialists help them with all of this and more.

Remote work has its perks, that’s why around 50% of our Customer Support Team work from the comfort of their homes outside Riga! The necessary onboarding is also available remotely.

A Printful Customer Support Specialist must:

• have excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
• be helpful, responsible, and precise
• have a positive working attitude
• be cool and collected under pressure while corresponding with customers

As a customer support specialist, you will:

• answer customer phone calls in English and Dutch, provide world-class customer support
• make our customers feel seen and heard with prompt, accurate, kind, and responsive replies
• reply to approximately 70 interactions (emails, chat messages, and telephone calls) within one business day

This is a full-time, remote job with the following schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30 to 19.00 ( Sunday, Monday - off)
• Tuesday to Saturday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Sunday, Monday - off)
• Sunday to Thursday from 10.30 to 19.00 (Friday, Saturday - off)
• Sunday to Thursday from 15.30 to 24.00 (Friday, Saturday - off)
