RESERVATION AND FRONT DESK INTERN PART-TIME INTERNSHIP

(28HOURS PER WEEK)

1Home Group AS offers convenient and flexible accommodation to international students and interns since 2015. Our vision is to become the best service provider in its field in the Baltics and Central Eastern Europe. We have hosted more than 2000 students and have 550 bed places (incl. 1Home Student Hotel in Riga) in 5 biggest cities of our region: Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas and Warsaw.

We are looking for someone, who:

• Is proactive, creative, brings good energy and is able to take initiative
• Has great communication and analytical skills
• Is a positive student or a recent graduate, who speaks very good English and Russian
• Values accuracy in work

What are the main tasks:

• Communicating directly with our potential and current clients
• Helping customers with arrival, check in/check out and daily matters
• Proceeding and helping with new bookings, adding bookings and new contracts to booking systems
• Making the life of Student Hotel more student-friendly with new insights and fresh ideas

• Competitive salary - 350 EUR net for part time internship
• Part time job, which can be combined with studies and summer fun
