For us the group-thinking is of high significance, which is further reinforced by regularly organized team events like our houseboat party or our trip to the high rope garden.

Flat hierarchies

Due to our slim structure, our communication and information channels are extremely short, so that the exchange of new and creative ideas gets simplified. In addition, every team member within the hierarchy is of the same value and just differs in its duties and responsibilities.

Flexible working hours

Our organization of working time is very employee-friendly. You decide if you start your working day at 8 o’clock in the morning or – in the case of not being a morning person – you come a little bit later. The most important thing for us is that you feel rested and fresh when you come to work.

One for all and all for one

We support each other within the team whenever it is possible. There will always be a helping hand if you should have any questions or problems. You don‘t need to be afraid, if you should not be able to go ahead with your tasks.

No dress code

We do not have any obligations of wearing (ladies’) suits and ties. It is entirely sufficient, if you wear a business shirt and jeans. We may make business, but we dress casual!

Enough food and beverages to bring you through the day

In case you feel exhausted or a bit hungry we have a varied offer of fresh fruits and different snacks. Of course we also supply you with enough beverages and coffee, so that you can recharge your batteries easily.

Bring in new ideas

If you should have a great new idea, you should not hesitate to bring in your creative thoughts. Everyone in our team gets the opportunity to live out his creativity. The ideas of all team members will be seized and discussed immediately. If there is a mutual agreement your idea will be realized instantly.

Help the customers

With our business idea we help air passengers with the enforcement of their rights, which they have against the involved airline in the case of flight delay or cancellation. You should believe us when we say: It feels amazing to help customers!

Fair Company

We neither occupy interns for full-time jobs nor put graduates off for internships, when they applied for a permanent position before. Our internships serve as professional orientation during the education. Therefore we are paying our interns an appropriate allowance.

· Ongoing or completed studies in business related field of study

· Entrepreneurship and a strong hands-on mentality, as you progress with enthusiasm in new subject areas
