An afternoon of experience stories: IT through a woman’s lens
Join us on May 19th at 15:00 in the Science and Innovation Centre at RTU for an inspiring event featuring female IT team members sharing their personal journeys and insights as women in the IT industry. 
Through real-life stories and honest conversations, we’ll explore the challenges, opportunities, and unique perspectives that women bring to the tech world. 
The event will be held in English, and after the storytelling session, we’ll continue with a networking hour for international women - a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful connections across cultures and backgrounds.
While the event highlights the IT industry through a woman’s lens, everyone is welcome to attend - including men - to listen, learn, and support gender diversity in tech.

Pieredzes stāstu pēcpusdiena: IT caur sievietes prizmu
Pievienojieties mums 19. maijā plkst. 15:00 RTU Zinātnes un inovāciju centrā uz iedvesmojošu pasākumu, kurā IT komandu sievietes dalīsies savos personīgajos ceļojumos un atziņās, kā ir būt sievietēm IT nozarē. 
Caur reāliem stāstiem un sarunām, mēs izpētīsim izaicinājumus, iespējas un unikālas perspektīvas, ko sievietes sniedz tehnoloģiju pasaulei. 
Pasākums notiks angļu valodā, un pēc stāstu sesijas mēs turpināsim ar tīklošanās stundu starptautiskām sievietēm - šī būs lieliska iespēja aprunāties, dalīties pieredzē un veidot nozīmīgus sakarus starp kultūrām un pieredzi.
Neskatoties uz to, ka pasākums izceļ IT nozari caur sieviešu prizmu, visi ir laipni aicināti apmeklēt, tostarp vīrieši, lai klausītos, mācītos un atbalstītu dzimumu dažādību tehnoloģiju jomā.
