About company

PIC Management, an interns placement agency founded in 2013, aims to help students motivated in developing their experience abroad. Choosing PIC Management is the guarantee to secure a challenging and rewarding internship.

Indeed, our website presents a wide range of offers of which 96 % are either paid or include benefits (accommodation, commissions, meals, transports etc…). Our main objective is to connect students to our international partnership network while allowing them to enjoy a complete, transparent and personalized service.

Career in company

As recruitment and communication assistant you will have to:

Recruitment

Post all new vacancies

Check and analyze all new applications

Organize and realize interviews via Skype

Following and updating all the applications until getting an internship to your applicants.

Communication:

Develop and increase partnerships with universities and private schools in order to promote our service and know needs from each school.

Maintain and manage partnerships already existing

Create and share all corporate communication support (you work with our communication manager to create new supports if necessary)

Develop new partnerships in order to propose additional services to our candidates

Community management:

You have community management responsibilities with your country (you work in team with our community manager): Facebook, LinkedIn.

Promote new vacancies or destinations, useful information about HR, recruitment, mobility…

Increase applications via new networks

Requirements:

Master degree, HR or Business development studies

English fluent (C1), Spanish intermediate (B1-B2) and native language (specially Polish, Slovakian, Italian, Lithuanian, Czech)

First professional experience mandatory (office experience).
