- Are about two years away from graduating from a finance – related bachelor level education;

Front Office (Trading & Sales)

A fast–moving and dynamic environment that includes sales, account management and trading activity.

- Sales – finding and closing new clients;

- Account management – advising and managing relationships with clients;

- Brokers – responsible for market awareness and day-to-day management and monitoring of products. Developing and introducing new trading products.

Depending on your talents and goals you may be involved in practical and analytical tasks, assisting on trading desk and in sales oriented work and soft selling.

Operations (Back Office, Customer Service or Administration)

Operations take care of setting up accounts, cash transfers and reconciling trades and accounts for clients and counterparties.

- Operations–day–to–day accounting activities for clients and counterparties ;

- Accounting functions for Renesource Capital ;

- Customer support for client account enquiries ;

- Cash management looks after cash transfers to and from client accounts;

- Transaction reporting (EMIR);

- Business Project and Risk Management.

Depending on your talents and goals you will be involved in projects, practical and analytical tasks. Operations work closely with front office. Operations team follow up and service clients on the phone, Reuters messaging and email. - Communications and media relations ;

- Financial writing and content management ;

- Event management.

IT

IT team develops and maintain trading infrastructure, trading platforms, internal tools for accounting and risk management and continuously maintain and expand privately hosted infrastructure.

- Keeping trading platforms – adding performance, capacity, services and financial instruments ;

- High standards for availability and quality while keeping the operational agility ;

- Meet the requirements from global partners, regulators and counterparties and clients ;

- Working with in-house experts in market coverage, tools and number crunching .
