Reach for Change is a non-profit organisation founded by the Kinnevik Group and Sara Damber with the aim to improve children’s lives. Together with our local partners we find and develop Change Leaders – local social entrepreneurs with innovations that solves pressing issues facing children in 17 countries on 3 continents. In 2015 we have identifyed and supported over 100 social enterepreneurs globally!

Are you a smart, brave and passionate student of Bachelor or Masters degree? Is your specialty Business Studies, Marketing, Communication, Humanistic studies, Social Entrepreneurship or Project Management? Are you fluent in Latvian and good in English? Are you eager to learn new things, ready to take on an ownenership of a personal project and have a will to help children?

Then You are the one we’re looking for!

Reach for Change offers an upaid 3 - 6 months internship program, where you will be actively involved in the daily work of the organization. You will take an active role in our search and selection campaign for The Game Changer competition (Labās gribas uzņēmējs) and support specific programs we run in our incubator. Communication and fundraising activities will also be a significant part of your work.

During your internship you’ll gain insight and knowledge about the non-profit social sector as well as the business sector and the benefits of combining the two. You will get opportunities to meet with lots of inspiring and innovative people with ideas and the driving force to make the world a better place for children all around the Globe. You’ll take ownership over your own specific project, from start to finish, but with lots of guidance from the senior members of the team, so that you walk away with hands-on leadership and management experience.
