We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Project Manager, who appreciates autonomy, is ready to learn and wants to grow together with us.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Understand the difference between marketing and sales
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology and tools
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
• Desire to take initiative and make decisions
• "can do" attitude when facing the unknown
• At least B2 level of Latvian and English

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools
• Marketing Manager experience
• Experience in the IT B2B service market
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

Creation and execution of marketing strategy
Manage communication with potential and existing customers
Work with Canva, PowerPoint and other graphic design tools
Market research and analysis
Prepare documentation for tenders
Articles and content creation for social media
Management of the public information and company brand
Continuous learning to be on top of the IT B2B trends

Part-time or Full-time position
