Internship in IT Service desk

• Have an IT background or education
• Have some experience with IT Helpdesk or Support services
• Are passionate about documentation, details and accuracy
• Have analytical thinking
• Speak, read and write in English fluently

• 1st level support for all systems in area of responsibility (mainly for IT Infrastructure)
• Logging, categorizing and prioritizing requests
• Management of incident and request lifecycle
• First line investigation, diagnosis and resolution and/or escalation to 2nd level support
• End-user documentation development
