Requirements
- Proficient skills with MS Office programs;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Understanding of airline systems operations;
- Flexibility;
- Ability to work independently and take decisions;
- Ability to work in stressful situations;
- Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail;
- Possibility to travel and have long business trips
We will consider the below as advantages:

Duties
- Responsible to ensure that ground handling and cargo operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of SmartLynx;
- Prepare LIR and participate in cargo aircraft loading, fill in LIRs and pass them to the flight crew for the loadsheet preparation;
- Ensure A/C is loaded in a safe manner, cargo securing, and Supervise and direct handling agent employees to perform tasks in accordance with procedures required by SmartLynx Airlines;
- Ensure that ground and cargo handling is provided with flight schedule and schedule changes;
- Perform ground coordinators' duties and solve issues with handling/catering/fueling on-site;
- Maintain a cost-effective approach for performed and planned services.
