The IT Service Desk Analyst position operates as a member of the Global IT Service Desk function. Our team is small, effective and has a clear purpose and core values. It's a fantastic opportunity to meet different people and cultures and develop your technical system support and service management skills.
Requirements
- Familiar with MS Operating system (Win 10), Microsoft Office Applications.
- Quick to act and ability to remain calm and provide solutions in stressful situations.
- High service orientation. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with others. Follows through and ensures closure of all pending service issues.
- Ability to understand and follow policies, procedures and processes.
- Fluent English. Other European languages are beneficial.
- Previous experience in IT field or Customer Service Support.
Duties
- Provide support to end users through all appropriate channels, such as phone and ITSM tool regarding any kind of IT-related problems to ensure high availability for customers.
- Diagnose software and hardware problems in order to find the right solution and thereby help the end user. Provide one-on-one training and guidance in the proper use of equipment and/or related applications.
- Administers security procedures; interfaces with users in the administration of access and password control.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing among colleagues in order to create and implement best practices.
- Take responsibility for own learning and keep updated within own area of responsibility to secure continuous competence building and personal growth.
