Description
The administrator runs the day-to-day logistics of the broadcast team, ensuring the proper allocation of resources to shoot days and edits, maintaining a filing system of tapes and legal paperwork, administering and reporting on financial issues, and monitoring the team’s rosters and entitlement to holidays and toil.
2. To work with the Senior Producer to work out the best scheduling and allocation of resources across the country
3. To maintain a ‘diary’ of all broadcast personnel, their location, working hours
4. To collect and file all necessary legal permissions required during shooting
5. To liaise with client broadcasters
6. To report to broadcast production manager
