Description
Paintball instructor works with different kinds of people – from the beginners by teaching them basic rules of the game to professional players by supervising championships. Day-to-day duties include introducing players to paintball safety rules, handing out protective gear and weapons, and explaining the usage of weapons.
Tasks:
1. Explaining paintball game rules and safety rules
2. Supervising the group of players during the game and leading the game if necessary
3. Handing out the weapons and other equipment to the players, after they have signed the safety rules
4. Ensuring that all players follow safety rules before, during, and after the game
5. Introducing players with variable scenarios of the game
6. Maintaining equipment in good working condition
7. Maintaining storage area in order

Qualifications and training:

Usually companies provide on-the-job training, but some countries have paintball instructor certification programmes and training classes.
