Pasākuma apraksts:
Founded in 1948, AIESEC is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact in society.
In addition to providing over 5,000 leadership positions and delivering over 350 conferences, AIESEC also runs an Exchange program that enables over 3,500 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in another country each year.

Exchange is the most intense learning experience that we offer and it links together our global network. Each year, we provide over 3,500 members the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areas of management, information technology, education and development.
The Experience

You have the opportunity of living in another country, of having a home and a job there, meet new people and experience the traditions of that culture. It is a continuous learning experience that enriches your worldview and your professional knowledge.

The internships raised by AIESEC are actual jobs and provide relevant work experience.

While you can choose the period of time and the internship so that it is relevant for your personal and professional development, your previous work experience will be relevant in the process of finding a suitable internship. This application process ensures mutual benefit for the trainees as well as the employers.
